Exercise Report

On Monday, I lifted weights (Abs and Back). Tuesday I did 90 minutes of Zumba and then 10 min on a spin bike; today (Wednesday) I lifted again (legs) and did 15 min on an upright bike. When I started working with my trainer (Nov 9 of this year) and I tried to do a plank, the first day I could only hold it 3 seconds even though I was only on my knees and elbows. I've been working my way up, and I can hold for a full minute this:

I realize that it's not very asthetically pleasing. BUT, the way I see it, if you strapped an extra 120 lbs to any average person, could they hold a plank for a full minute? It's all about perspective. To me, this picture is evidence that I am strong.
