Exercise Log

I had been exercising but not posting it because I've been so busy. Then, on Saint Patrick's Day, we were in a major car accident. Since then I've been recovering.

I have a goal to walk 500 miles before my next birthday. Here are my totals so far:

6/28 - 1 mi

7/1 - 2 mi

7/4 - 12 mi bike

7/9 - 2 mi

7/12 - 1 mi

Running totals - 6 mi on foot, 12 mi biking

I also finally was able to swim again this last week! I only made it 4 laps, but since the accident my limit has been 1/2 lap to 1 lap, so that is huge improvement. The biggest challenge is the pain in my middle and upper back, so swimming may take a little longer to really get back to.

Yay for summer break and having someone to hold the baby so I can workout uninterrupted!
